we ship using USPS, and USPS priority mail. ( please email if you need an expedited order and we will try our best to accomodate. Fedex|UPS for international.

*We are not responsible for lost merchandise due to shipping service once item(s) have shipped, or if address provided is wrong or insufficient.

Pre Orders

For our pre order items, item shipment times are listed on product page. Please note Pre Order Shipping times are estimated, and can take longer or less time, depending on our factory.

Returns

We do not accept returns. We allow exchanges on certain items within 20 days of receiving item(s). Please note: Due to covid exchanges are very limited, please email with any questions.

If we are in fault of damaged or wrongly shipped items, we will accept returns.
